Our Christmas was the worst time of both our lives to start off the code wasn't working when we got there and had to text the host multiple times for a contact number cause we both had driven 3 1/2 hours and needed to go to the bathroom and the location is in the hood area,she finally called to tell us her partner changed the code but didn't inform us and I messaged her we would be arriving a day late so she should have updated us, we got in and noticed that the kitchen lights were very dim so didn't cook there and there were black and brown bugs crawling everywhere and I called her back to inform her that the main bathroom toilet wasn't flushing and told about bugs she asked for pictures of all the problems and my fiancé requested some funds back she said she would see what she could do I provided to send multiple pictures and got no response from her at all the 2nd bathroom the water didn't drain down so my fiance had to go downstairs to that bathroom and the light switch to the hall light doesn't work and he almost fell, the beds sleep so bad our backs hurt and the sheets were colored and most places always have white sheets and she requested we pull them off before leaving normally the cleaning people do that and the carpet was cleaned good there was black stuff all over it the place is more for people that don't care about where they are staying it was the worst location we have ever stayed in ever I suggest anyone looking to keep going microwave was from 80s just horrib
