Welcome, unwind and book our new construction 4 BED 2.5 BR home that has an open layout with a beautiful cozy living room with a fireplace to set the mood for a peaceful vibe. Large kitchen perfect for a large group stay. Short or long-term stays allowed. Conveniently located less than two miles or about a 5 min drive from grocery stores and restaurants; 9 minutes away from Downtown Durham. Although shops & restaurants are only a 5 minute drive away, the area feels peaceful & secluded.

I aim to provide you with a clean, safe, cozy, comfortable and welcoming place where you can either have a short stay or several nights.

Perfect for hosting families visiting their loved ones, traveling nurses, business travelers, couples, and more! Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of our home. All 4 bedrooms have a very comfortable 12" mattress, hotel quality pillows, and amazingly soft white oversized down alternative comforter.

The living room and 2 bedrooms have Smart HD TVs.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Availability depends on same-day turnovers and our cleaning schedule.

We can confirm early check-in on the morning of arrival and late check-out the evening before departure. Thank you for your understanding!

For stays of one month or longer, we provide one complimentary cleaning no additional fee.

CHECKOUT & LATE CHECKOUT POLICY

Checkout is by 10:00 AM.

We understand that travel plans can vary, and we are happy to accommodate a late checkout whenever our schedule allows. Late checkout requests must be submitted by 6:00 PM on the day before departure and are subject to availability. A late checkout is only approved once confirmed in writing by our team.

Our housekeeping teams follow scheduled routes across multiple properties, often with same-day guest arrivals. For this reason, the standard checkout time, or any approved late-checkout time must be respected.

An unapproved late departure, including remaining at the property beyond an approved late-checkout time, is subject to a $50 late-departure fee, requested through Airbnb, to cover third-party housekeeping disruption and associated costs.
