Fantastic Raleigh location- King Bedroom

Entire 1500 square foot residential home, super convenient North Raleigh location! King bed! Close to 540, downtown Raleigh, and North Hills. Quiet, safe, modest neighborhood, older renovated brick homes on large lots with mature trees.

The house is clean, cheerful, and cozy, with a relaxed vibe. Our philosophy is to host a home that we would love to live in ourselves :)

We live in the same neighborhood, so should be able to respond quickly if needed.
The space
Weekly discount- 10%
Every guest after 5 and up to 8 total will be an additional $35 per guest per day.

There are 3 bedrooms, one full bathroom, and one half bathroom. There is a king size bed, a queen size bed, a twin futon, and a queen sleeper sofa. The living space includes an office/sitting room, a large kitchen/eating area, and a large family room. Outside, you will find a large deck with plenty of patio furniture and inviting solar powered patio string lights. For anyone who enjoys a home workout, we have provided yoga mats in the extra family room space!

We have supplied all the essentials we could think of - kitchenware, linens, toiletries (in case you forgot yours), cleaning products, etc.

We do not provide cable, but the large TV has a connected Roku, you may log into your personal accounts to stream. High speed WiFi is provided.

The exterior has motion detection lights. There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, and smoke alarms throughout the house.
Guest access
Access is by coded door keypad code entry. Check in time is 3:00 pm, check out time is 10:00 am.

Parking is plentiful, in the large driveway or on the street.
Other things to note
Preferred communication is through Airbnb messages. Downloading the app is a quick and easy way to instant message through the site. Guests are welcome to call and text my personal cell phone if there is an urgent matter. If you do have to utilize my personal phone number, please make sure to text along with your call and include in your text message your name and reservation number.
