Family Getaway Dream Backyard, Trail Access

A family retreat with lots to do! A spacious house with a backyard designed to be a kids’ dream space, in-ground trampoline in the yard, and a game closet to keep everyone entertained. Very family/baby friendly! We are located in North Raleigh, minutes from both North Hills and Crabtree Valley Mall, and a 15 minute drive to RDU and Downtown Raleigh. We have private access to a walking/running/cycling trail that is less than a mile to a lake, public park and playground.

We are here to answer questions as needed but will leave you to enjoy your privacy.

We live in an extremely safe, family-friendly neighborhood, where there is no HOA, so every house is unique! Most are extremely wooded, and just on the short drive into our house you'll see houses on hills, over streams, mid-century modern, and even a log cabin! We constantly see neighbors walking dogs, or just taking a stroll on the greenway trail access (private access in yard, public access two houses down).

We are located in the highly sought after North Raleigh, less than 2 miles to Crabtree Valley Mall, just a bit further to North Hills, and within 15 minutes from just about everywhere in Raleigh (including the airport and downtown). Or if you're up for a walk/run/cycle, explore the trail system with access from our backyard.
- Please let us know if there will be any additional guests visiting the house during your stay beyond what is listed on the reservation inquiry. Even if they are not staying the night, we must know about every individual who will be entering our home. WE HAVE CAMERAS AND CAN SEE IF THIS RULE IS BROKEN!
- Be mindful of our neighbors. No parking in front of their house and we request you not have any loud parties/outdoor noises after 10pm.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. We have children with allergies and asthma.
- No illegal drugs.
- No fires in the fireplace.
- Please let us know about any spills/messes/stains. We have a spot carpet/upholstery cleaner, so if you do have a spill that stains, don't panic, but please do let us know so we can address it after.
- Please remember this is our personal home, and be respectful of our space and personal items. Treat it like you would treat your own home.
- We have three video cameras on the outside of our house (we do not have any inside). We have a ring doorbell, a camera in the garage, and a camera on the back of our house recording the backyard. All of the cameras record any and all motion they detect, and we reserve the right to use these recordings to verify if house rules are being broken, or any other reason we see fit. We do not sell or publish any videos, we use them strictly for Airbnb purposes.
