Bart St Bungalow- Pet Friendly!

Our charming 2-bed, 1-bath bungalow is the perfect retreat for your trip. Nestled in downtown Raleigh, our home offers convenience and comfort in one place. Inside you'll find a cozy living room with plenty seating for all. Down the hall there is a spacious primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, as well as a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Between the bedrooms you will find the full size bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a fenced in yard for the pets if you bring them.

We offer a wide range of services for you at an additional cost. We want to make sure your stay with us is a seamless as possible. Please reach out a head of time so we can plan these services for you.

Transportation- We partner with many different transportation services in the area to make sure you get to our home safely and hassle free. Whether you are flying into Moore County Airport, Raleigh- Durham International or Charlotte International, we can arrange for a service to get you to Pinehurst.

Grocery Delivery- When you get to your vacation home the last thing you want to do is put off relaxing for another half an hour to go to the grocery store. Let us help you start relaxing as soon as you get to our home. We are happy to arrange for groceries to be delivered to your home so your fridge is full when you get there, or if you order them on popular sites like Instacart or Walmart, we can be at the home to let the delivery driver in and fill the fridge for you.

Private Chef- We partner with many chef's in the area to make sure the last thing on your mind while you are staying with us is what you're going to eat. Our chef's offer many different services like creating meals and delivering them so all you have to do is reheat them, coming to the home to cook you a delicious meal, or even staying with you during the trip to make sure all your meals amazing your whole stay. They will meet with you via Zoom or phone call a week before your stay to go over any ideas you have or dietary restrictions and allergies.

Guest will have access to the entire home.

We will not disturb you during your stay, but we live right around the corner if you need anything.
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during
your stay.

2. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
3. No smoking inside
4. No glitter or confetti
5. No unregistered guests allowed
6. Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm-6am
7. Please turn the AC to 76 or HEAT to 65 when you go out.
8. Please take care of the furnishings.
9. Please don't rearrange the furniture.
10. Please do your dishes.
11. Please take the trash out before you leave.
12. Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

$50 pet fee total.
Service animals welcome without charge.

Your pet is welcome in the back yard, but leash laws must be followed in the neighborhood.
