Welcome! To help you settle in smoothly, here are a few quick tips for your stay:

* Parking: Please park strictly in the garage (1 spot) or driveway (1 spot). To maintain great relationships with our neighbors, avoid long-term street parking and never block neighboring driveways.
* EV Charging: We are thrilled to offer free Level 2 EV charging! To ensure this feature remains accessible and safe for everyone, we kindly ask guests to limit charging to approximately 3 hours (~20 kWh) per night.
* HVAC & Comfort: Please keep exterior doors and windows closed whenever heating or cooling is active. Recommended thermostat settings: 70°F–75°F for cooling | 68°F–72°F for heating.
* Laundry: For optimal performance and dry clothes, we recommend selecting the "Timed Dry" cycle on the dryer.
* Gas Fireplace: Instructions for lighting the cozy fireplace are tucked safely behind the kick plate underneath the unit. Please clear all belongings away from the immediate area before lighting.
* Child & Stair Safety: The home features stairs and is not equipped with baby gates or cribs. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising children at all times and bringing any needed safety gear.
* Lockout Prevention: When stepping out, please lock the home using the keyless smart lock keypad outside—avoid turning the manual thumb-turn on the interior door handle to prevent accidental lockouts.
