The VILLA CASA RIPI is situated between Siena and San Gimignano 5 km far from the ancient village Radicondoli. Quiet but not remote, located in one of the most panoramic landscape in the hart of Tuscany and cultural richest area Italy. The farmhouse from the 10th century was restored recently lavish in typical medieval natural stone design.

The location gives the guests peace and natural experiences in its purity with grandiose panoramic view.The smartly designed interior offers a comfortable living space for 2 or 3 guests on 45m². Located on the house’s sun-rising side on the ground floor, it reveals its Tuscan style with its separate glazed entrance, which is characterized by two terracotta arches. Faced on the entrance, a huge private terrace of 47m² which is partially covered by a vine pergola, invites to linger and relax by enjoying the sunbeds, the outdoor furniture and to have a barbecue on the charcoal grill.

The apartment’s furniture is comfortable and functional. It’s living room is combined with a highly equipped kitchen… – you’ll find a 4-burner gas hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with (***)* freezer, a trad. coffee machine, a “Pavoni“ espresso machine and a wood-fired oven. Beside the living room there is the bedroom with a non-separable double bed (an extra bed or a cot for a third person or child can be added). Bathroom with WC, Bidet, shower unit and hair dryer.

Technical equipment: central heating, Full-HD satellite LED-TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for homeworking.

Independent of the seasons, this Apartment has probably the best living climate of the house.

Free joint use of the house’s panoramic saltwater pool (approx. 8,55 x 5,00m – varying on climate conditions the pool area is released from beginning / mid of May up to mid of October). The beautiful garden area surrounding the villa is shared by all guests and trumps with other terraces, a fish pond, a playground and a barbecue site.
