The holiday retreat is located on the green hills of Siena in the heart of Tuscany. It is part of a winery that is known for its excellent wine and a vast, but well-kept farm. Guests should be prepared to get pampered at this beautiful antique villa with wide panoramic views of the valley. These mesmerizing views can be enjoyed from the swimming pool (dimension: 4x8 meters; depth 1.40 meters) with a solarium equipped with sun loungers, the terrace with a dining facility and a barbeque and the large, expansive green area that surrounds the property. There is also another alfresco dining setup on the other side of the villa on a large panoramic pergola.

The romantic country residence is divided into the main villa and an independent annex- Dependence A. The architecture reminds of a bygone era but the amenities are modern to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Main Villa: The building is divided into two levels and a separate suite. In the main building, there is an ample sitting area, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a music stereo for stress-free lounging in the main living room. The large and bright dining room is perfect for enjoying homemade meals together while enjoying each other’s company. The glass wall on one side of the room overlooks the green outdoors and creates the perfect setting for friendly gatherings. For easy and hassle-free meal preparations, the kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge. Since the kitchen has a glass door that leads outdoors, the breakfast table is a sweet and cozy place to enjoy light meals with close family members and friends. The bedrooms are located on the first floor.
 
The separate suite has an entrance from the poolside and has a living room with a sofa and a TV, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
 
Dependence A: About 20 meters from the main villa, there is an independent annex facing the green hills. It has a refreshing outdoor area for relaxing. The living room is bright and has a lively ambiance. It is furnished with a TV, a dining area, a sofa facing the window and a fireplace. The kitchen is separate and offers direct access to the outdoors. It is suitably equipped with necessary utensils and appliances for preparing fulfilling meals.

Bedroom 1: The elegant bedroom with beam ceiling and the terracotta floor has a stylish metal double bed, large windows for freshness, a one-seater sofa and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: The bedroom with a sloped ceiling has two single beds, an attached bathroom, and an armchair.

Bedroom 5: The bedroom with a picture window and classical décor is perfect for two guests. It has a characteristic wooden bed and an attached bathroom
 
Bedroom 6: This bedroom has partially retained stone walls which give it a unique rustic look. It is furnished with a pair of single beds and an attached bathroom. Its window overlooks rows of Italian cypresses.

There are six well-maintained bathrooms in the villa. Each one is attached to a bedroom and is fitted with a bath, a shower, a bidet and a WC.

Its unique location within farmland where there is a winery on the premises allows guests to enjoy an authentic holiday experience.  Guests can relax without any disturbance at this exclusive villa and take a break from everyday mundaneness. Extra care has been taken to make guests feel especially welcome and comfortable through the cook, the domestic help and the shopping services. The nearest shops, restaurants and a small supermarket are in Casole d’Elsa which is 6.5 kilometers from here. There is also a golf course about 21 kilometers away. Guests can choose to stay back at the villa and enjoy the Tuscan countryside or venture out to visit the main tourist destinations of Central Tuscany like San Gimignano (27 kilometers), Volterra (30 kilometers), Sienna (36 kilometers), Florence (65 kilometers), nearby picturesque villages that make for wonderful walking trails and lastly, the beaches on the Tyrrhenian coast (66 kilometers).
