External Description

Villa Delogu is located among the Sienese hills in a panoramic position, downstream from the small Medieval village of Radicondoli.

Surrounded by centuries-old trees, the property boasts a well-kept garden with lawn, private parking (for 5 cars), and a spacious pergola with a round dining table for alfresco meals.

Among the outdoor spaces you will find a large courtyard furnished with a dining table and sofas, ideal for relaxing while reading a book or sipping a good glass of wine.

At a lower level of the garden there is a panoramic pool (12 x 6, depth 1.5 m), open from May 15th to September 30th, and equipped with sun loungers, parasols, a lounge area, and an outdoor shower. From the pool you can admire a splendid view of the surrounding hills and the village.

At guests' disposal also a barbecue, a hammock, and a ping pong table, for the enjoyment of adults and children.

Internal Description

Villa Delogu is made up of the main building and a dependance, and can accommodate up to 11 people, has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property has been restored respecting the typical architecture of Tuscan houses made of stone, bricks wooden beams, and terracotta floors.

Internet Wifi is included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost (maximum 2 pets). Two baby cots, two high chairs, a changing table and a baby potty are available upon request.

Main building (200 sqm): On the ground floor of the main building there is a large outdoor courtyard with an adjacent covered area. Moreover on the same level you will find a spacious room with a ping pong table.

The upper floor houses a large kitchen, fully equipped with: fireplace, dining table for 8 people, oven, stove, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Following to the sides of the kitchen is the rest of the house, consisting of: two living rooms with sofa and tv, 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub).

Dependance (100 sqm): Built on the ruins of an old barn, the dependance is located a few dozen meters from the main building, and consists of two communicating floors with the possibility of single entrances to the floor.

The ground floor has a bright kitchen, provided with: oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining table for 6 people, and tv. Then there is a bathroom with bathtub and a refectory.

Going up the internal stairs you can reach the first floor where you will find: a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); pets allowed on request (maximum 2 pets - 50.00€ per stay); heating on consumption during winter months (70.00€ per day); pool towels (5.00€ each). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 400.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
