The entire outdoor area is fenced and accessible via a coded gate, making it ideal for families with children and those seeking tranquility and privacy. Private parking is available within the property.

The estate includes three elegant apartments and a welcoming, independent cottage, each tastefully furnished and featuring private outdoor areas with tables, chairs, and barbecue facilities, perfect for outdoor dining in total privacy.
