"Had a great time at the cottage. Lake Hawkins is a beautiful getaway. We caught plenty of fish and made lots of memories with our 2 year old grandbaby. The dock and fire pit were our favorites. Red Rooster Ice house is definitely a must out to eat option. We loved it. "

"We loved the house. It was big enough our big crew of kids (8). The air conditioner seemed to struggle in peak heat of day, but the clean lake was a great cool off! Plenty of amenities to help with what things we forgot. Would definitely recommend this home"

"Wonderfully kitted for young families! Everything we needed and more. Lovely hostess as well. "

"Property was very neat, clean and well maintained. Only issue that could be discussed was lack of parking for person with boat. Host was accommodating to help with parking. "

"The house is amazing, and the host communicated well and every question or issue was resolved! I look forward to staying there again!"

"The host was extremely communicative and the house had well-thought out amenities, including coconut waters for us on arrival and various little treats like undereye masks. The floorplan had a good amount of space. But the house itself needs some repair, including the foundation which is sinking in one corner and cracked the tile flooring in the middle room, and one toilet which had to be flushed from inside the tank. The host said he was working to resolve this. We didn’t have any major issues...
