"We found out last minute that Expedia had overbooked the property so we were left without accommodations for multiple hours on each day. Luxury Atitlan did its ultimate best to accommodate our stay. "It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive."

"This room had an AMAZING view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. It is a lakefront property with the room on the lower section facing the water. The bedroom and bathroom had amazing views and the hosts were very communicative for check in and check out. We needed to leave our bags at the property for a while while we did a tour and they were also able to help us store and retrieve our luggage when we were ready to leave."

"This place is across the street from the biggest party place in San Pedro. There is also an air hockey machine right outside the bedroom window that people played at any hour. I left early and found a quieter hotel. The shower hot water didn’t work, and the toilet stopped having running water- the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, the owner was difficult and unpleasant."
