PLEASE NOTE: Our villa is for a maximum of 8 guests total, bedding configurations are all King beds unless otherwise requested.

The Ground floor has THREE (3) large bedrooms:
The 'Forest Room' can be converted from a Super King into TWO (2) singles OR up to three (3) singles on request. Maximum of 3 guests.

The 'Queenstown Room' has a King bed accommodating a maximum of 2 guests, its own ensuite & French doors that lead out to the Courtyard & Hot Tub/Spa.

The 'Lake View Room' can be converted from Super King to TWO (2) singles & also has French doors that open to a covered private courtyard with quality outdoor furniture. Maximum of 2 guests

The generous main bathroom on the ground floor with bath & walk in shower also has a full laundry - washing machine and dryer for all the conveniences of home. Plus, all bathrooms are supplied with quality shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash and hair dryers.

Upstairs, every guest says, that the photographs do not do the views justice OR show how spacious the open plan living is. Beautifully furnished with a deck opening out to the stunning views, a roaring wood fire & heating units ensures you are toasty during the winter months, with air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer. A large selection of books & magazines add to the enjoyment of your holiday.

The living, dining area & kitchen are generously sized with high ceilings. The kitchen is equipped with gas hobs a European electric oven & dish washer. A top-of-line Espresso machine & appliances such as a toasted sandwich maker, rice cooker, etc. ensures you have everything needed should you wish to cook during your stay. The pantry is generously supplied with basic provisions - dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, flour, sugar, tea, coffee, herbs, soy sauce, olive oil, glad wrap, tin foil, toilet rolls, & kitchen towel, to give you a great start to your holiday.

The spacious Master Bedroom on the top floor has two separate wardrobes & two entrances and be converted from a Super King into TWO (2) singles OR up to three (3) singles on request. Maximum of 3 guests. The bedroom opens up through double doors to the living room & beyond to the views of the lake & mountains, so you can laze in bed & soak up the views. The large Ensuite off the bedroom is beautifully appointed, with a shower, under floor heating, heated towel rail & toilet.

A powder room with separate toilet & wash basin completes the upstairs amenities.

The downstairs large outdoor courtyard with barbecue, hot tub/spa and quality outdoor furniture is a great place to enjoy a good book, lazy lunch or casual dinner. The hot tub/spa has one of the best views over the lake and mountains in Queenstown! Perfect for enjoying sunset aperitifs!

Automatic door openers for the double garage with internal access are provided which is always nice to be able to enter and exit the house staying protected during colder weather. The garage is equipped with extra firewood & dedicated ski/snowboard storage.

There are stairs with a landing (as seen in property photos) up to the open plan living dining kitchen and Master bedroom. However, people with mobility issues can be helped upstairs initially then the whole spacious upstairs floor is flat and step free. The Master bedroom and ensuite, living area, deck, kitchen and separate toilet are all accessible. The downstairs main shower is also walk in and accessible.
