The Space:

Welcome to your modern Queenstown base—ideal for relaxing after days filled with lakeside walks, mountain adventures, or town outings. The home features an open-plan kitchen and dining area that opens out onto a private backyard deck, offering outdoor seating for morning coffees or evening meals in the fresh alpine air.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, while the adjacent lounge invites you to unwind with plush seating, a Smart TV, and heat pumps for year-round comfort. A small study nook provides a quiet space for catching up on work or reading.



Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed with soft bedding and ample storage. The layout includes:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Sized Bed

Bedroom 3: 2 Single Sized Beds (can be made into 1 King Sized Bed)

*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



There are two modern bathrooms, making it convenient for families or groups traveling together.

Baby Accessories:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the private home except for the 4th bedroom/studio downstairs.

The property is self check-in—access details are sent 3 days prior to arrival.
