"First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!"

"My adult daughter, our dog, and I stayed for 2 nights - it was quaint and cozy. We had the gas fireplace on twice when it got chilly outside, and bought our meals from local restaurants and ate them inside the cabin. We went for walks and explored gift shops - the cabin was in a great location. Austin (property host) was excellent - answered my questions and gave suggestions for dining and beaches. My daughter and i had a wonderful, relaxing stay."

"We absolutely loved our stay in the cabins! They were warm and cozy, making for an amazing experience. Being by the river was incredible - falling asleep to the sound of the water was pure bliss. We also had a blast swimming in the lake with the baby. The cabin itself was spotless and very welcoming. Overall, we'd give it a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars. Can't wait to come back!"

"This cabin is an ideal romantic getaway for anyone looking for privacy and just enough rustic nature along with everything that you need for a great stay. Jeff was friendly, helpful and runs an amazing store just a walk down the road. We would most certainly be back again next year."

"This is just a lovely little cabin in the woods. It has been decorated with care and you can tell that it is loved and cared for. The bed is comfortable and although it is small the cabin is just lovely. The screened in porch is outstanding. The lovely trails through the woods are just amazing and make for a wonderful trip just by staying at the cabin. "

The front and back porches were the places to hang out. The younger adults loved the massage chair. Hot water is plentiful for showers. Fun fact: the intersection nearby is crazy. "The three days my friends and I stayed at the cabin was the most fun we’ve had in a while. The house is full of amenities that guarantee you have an amazing stay. From the hot tub to the pool table to even just hanging out by the fire. We had an immaculate stay. The surrounding area has multiple stores and swimming holes including lake George which is a 20 minute drive away. The host couldn’t have been better, Responding within minutes and being very understanding of any issues. Booking this...

"This place was perfect. First impression was how clean. Second was it had everything we needed and more. Great place for our family with comfy beds for all. Located far enough away from Lake George to make you feel like you were in the mountains but close enough to get to everything within minutes. Host was amazing. We never had an issues but she was there to answer all my questions prior to our visit. If I could give this higher than 5 stars I would. We hope to rent again next year. "
