New to HomeAway for 2019, the Villa Del Golfo is situated between Cagliari and Villasimius with far reaching views across the sea leading onto the beautiful landscape of the adjacent national park.

The villa:

The villa is situated on a private gated residence and is ideal for those looking for a peaceful stay with breath taking sea views. The villa also has the added benefit of private parking. Outside, the spacious terraces provide plenty of space for alfresco dining, a gorgeous pool and a beautiful tiered garden for sunbathing with views to the sea surrounding the villa. Inside, the villa is light, spacious and stylishly decorated.

The large open plan living area consists of a comfortable lounge with floor to ceiling doors that lead you to the terrace facing the ‘Golfo Degli Angeli’ ahead. The front terrace wraps around the house and leads you directly to the beautiful pool situated in the private back garden. The modern kitchen is attractive and well equipped, with a dining table for 6 guests which opens onto the front terrace and also back garden – perfect for alfresco dining using the outdoor BBQ. The guest bathroom is also located off the open plan living area with a door leading directly to the pool.

Both double bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor and open to a terrace with sea views. The bedrooms benefit from a naturally cool temperature and also have air conditioning. There is also a main bathroom located across the hallway from both bedrooms. The villa has three air conditioning units, one in each double bedroom and one in the living area.

The setting:

The setting of Villa Del Golfo is truly magnificent, being geographically only 260m away from the sea. All supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants are only a few minutes drive away from the villa.

The most famous beach nearest to the villa is Mari Pintau meaning ‘painted sea’, which is only a 6 minute drive from the villa. ‘Is Canaleddus’ beach club is also just around the corner which offers sun lounger hires with a beautiful coffee shop and restaurant. The alluring sandy beaches of South East Sardinia are located 3km in either direction of the villa. The closest marina is ‘Capitana’ which is a 7 minute drive towards Cagliari, here you can organise boat tours and also dine in the trendy ‘Victory By Lord Nelson’ - a top spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

To reach the stunning Villa Del Golfo there are 61 steps from the private parking space to the front door, meaning it is not recommended for those with walking difficulties or very young children.
