"Pros: The host was very helpful and welcoming. Even booking us a taxi back to the airport when we had trouble with our transfer. The villa was beautiful and had everything you could want and it was easy to get the bus into cagliari."

"Pros: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Villa, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Man bekommt sogar Strandtücher, Sonnenschirme, Strandspielzeug, dazu gibt es in der Küche allerhand (sogar einen Milchaufschäumer), und die Müllentsorgung verläuft auch einfach. Der Pool ist ein Genuss (nicht nur für Kinder), dazu gibt es noch eine (warme!) Außendusche und einen riesigen Garten. Alles war bei unserer Anreise perfekt sauber, das Haus roch frisch und alles war intakt - wir...

"Kommunikation eher schwierig nur per App möglich. Der Vermieter war von Beginn an etwas aufdringlich und wollte alles zu seinen Gunsten abändern: Buchung über Expedia, Ankunftszeit und Abreisezeit, Ankunft wegen eines Defekts. Hier musste man immer eine Stunde früher fertig sein, das war nervig. Auch das mit der Müllabfuhr hatte er uns erklärt und wir haben es so gemacht , wie wir es verstanden hatten, aber am Ende war es wohl doch falsch ?!?! Hier wäre eine Infomappe im Haus in mehreren...

"O gerente Paolo foi super profissional, resolveu os problemas de forma excelente. Nos colocaram num quarto bem abafado, no terreo, de frente ao estacionamento. Falamos com ele e nos mudou para um quarto melhor, porém a segunda cama (somos 3) estava quebradra, tentamos uma troca, mas não havia mais quartos disponíveis para três. Ele coloccou a terceira pessoa num quarto duplo sem cuatos adicionais. O café da manhã do prineiro dia estava péssimo: chegamos 9:30h para limite de 10h, não havia mais nada literalmente e não fizeram reposição. O café da manhã no geral não condiz com um hotel 4 estrelas, beeemmm fraco. Chuveiro excelente e cama (a que não estava quebrada) excelente também. "
