"We were very disappointed with the location of this cabin! It was right across from the office in the parking lot! The highway was the back of the cabin and very noisey all day and night! The swimming area was a small river with enough for 2 families to seat with your towels. The pictures online are not what we thought at all! You had to cross a busy highway to walk down street to the ocean. Will not go back or recommend this cabin The Spirit!"

"Great place to stay, we had the 2 bedroom ocean front suite and it was amazing! Fire pits to use on property as well as bbq. All beachfront. Great location"

"The smell of the room (I've stayed in 2 different rooms here while in town for work) will knock you over when you first walk in (if you're normally a clean person) - it smells like someone's been hiding a year's worth of work socks and underwear under a mattress. The rooms are "generally clean" but I had a look around with my handy dandy UV light in the dark and, yeah, no. The views are underwhelming but we were there to sleep and work - although we did get to enjoy a view into the trailer park...

"Whiskey Lounge with great soft couches! That was fun with a really knowledgeable lady serving drinks. Rooms were very clean and this older hotel still looks and feels comfortable and quiet. It's not made of paper mache so you don't hear everyone next door or in the hallway."

"The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that there was only one comfy chair to watch TV, one watched TV in comfort while the other watched while sitting in a hard kitchen chair. This was our 4th time staying at the hotel. "

"Such a unique experience! This is NOT your typical hostel. The place oozes charm and comfort. The common areas are spacious and welcoming. The bathrooms are clean. The sleeping spaces are simple without sacrificing comfort and privacy. On my return I will stay longer."
