"Very nice hotel. Spacious lobby area, we could spend some time enjoying complimentary coffee and tea. There is no restaurant or a bar, but you can have soda and even a beer at the lobby area. Also you can purchase some snack to be heated at your room. Excellent room: clean, kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Great shower, amenities by Neutrogena. "Residence Hotel is my first and goto hotel
Whenever I travel. Within the states to out of America I have never been letdown by them.
The accommodations are more than I could ask for. "
"At first i was annoyed by the no refund policy, but its worth every penny. I didnt even gamble. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are pure heaven. The casino restaurants were underwhelming, but the staff was super helpful. Staff and room quality are what puts this place at the top. Also GREAT dj's on certain nights.This will be my go to for Baltimore"
"I really like this hotel!! It is clean, it is beautiful, the staff is great. The rooms are really nice; the views aren't the best, but that's OK. The location is close to a lot of food and shopping. Both restaurants on site are delicious!! I was disappointed that they started charging for parking, but not a deal breaker. I have stayed here twice and would definitely stay again."

"The ac knob is broken instead of fixing it. I guess they rather come and stick a pencil in it to turn on. I'm sure this wasn't the first time. The bathroom walls paint is peeling off. The room was suppose to be non smoking. I don't smoke or drink and i can assure you. Somebody have smoked in that room. The room floor was sticky. The front desk lady was okay. The outside parking have trash laying around the building and be aware of nails. I got a flat. This location is close to the mall and...
