"At first i was annoyed by the no refund policy, but its worth every penny. I didnt even gamble. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are pure heaven. The casino restaurants were underwhelming, but the staff was super helpful. Staff and room quality are what puts this place at the top. Also GREAT dj's on certain nights.This will be my go to for Baltimore"

"I really like this hotel!! It is clean, it is beautiful, the staff is great. The rooms are really nice; the views aren't the best, but that's OK. The location is close to a lot of food and shopping. Both restaurants on site are delicious!! I was disappointed that they started charging for parking, but not a deal breaker. I have stayed here twice and would definitely stay again."

"The ac knob is broken instead of fixing it. I guess they rather come and stick a pencil in it to turn on. I'm sure this wasn't the first time. The bathroom walls paint is peeling off. The room was suppose to be non smoking. I don't smoke or drink and i can assure you. Somebody have smoked in that room. The room floor was sticky. The front desk lady was okay.
