"Positive Aspects:The property overall was fine and met basic expectations.Rooms and facilities were generally in order.Areas of Concern:BBQ: The BBQ was not cleaned prior to our arrival. It took significant time to clean, and when we attempted to use it, the 9kg gas bottle was completely empty. "Our stay was amazing, although the road noise in the two front rooms where annoying I guess it's only until the road is opened again on state highway 1. The venue was lovely and we all enjoyed the 1920s theme, we even dressed in period clothing for dinner on the sat night. The house was well set up with everything we needed, and close to visiting the mountain. I would recommend this venue, especially for large groups."

"Great location a little outside of town. Clean, comfortable and well stocked, and there was a guide book with a wealth of information. This would be a great location for a larger group, and there's an additional "apartment" attached that you could also rent to expand your numbers. The only thing we could have hoped for was better weather during our time there. :)"
