"I'd guess it's our 4th or 5th stay, our preferred base when venturing down to try our luck on the rivers. Basic but everything we need is included. We really enjoy the heavy flow shower and the pre diner drink spot overlooking the river...remembering always to bring camp chairs. Thanks again for letting us stay."

"Was like home away from home. Everything we needed was there for us to use. House very clean, welcoming and warm. Quiet neighbourhood, plenty of tracks to walk and lots of birdlife everywhere. "

"We stayed here for three nights while exploring the area. It was a perfect gem to come home to. Very nicely furnished and has everything needed for a perfect and relaxing stay. The views are magical. The owners are very responsive and great to work with. "

"This unit was a great spot for us to be near to Waitomo Village and explore the surrounding area. Great communication from our host and a lovely clean unit to relax in for the evening. Our USA visitor was also really excited to see the sheep and enjoy the view from the Sunrise unit. A great overnight stay."

"Very enjoyable stay amazing views only problem was it was a little bit cold and no firewood !!! "

"Excellent cozy holiday house. Very clean with all things present that were needed for an accomodation house. Comfortable beds with loads of warm duvets and spare blankets for the cold location mid winter. Extremely effective fireplace with exceptional firewood making warming the house very easy. Both my 9year old daughter and I very much enjoyed the brilliant range of kids books. Thanks loads Tracey and Steve. Was great getaway retreat to base from. Highly recommended. Close to tbe main road...

"It was a perfect size for us as a couple. Very tidy and generally well equipped. We were happy to take our own linen and towels etc. The only thing we felt was missing was a hair dryer."

"Rockly start as the key box numbers email hadn't come through and we had get help from you guys 2 hours of getting it sorted it was getting cold and dark phone battery was getting low thanks to you guys for the help its a nice small bach"
