    The Space:

    The Pacific has a way of arriving before you're ready for it. At Los Veneros, on the Nayarit coast of Banderas Bay, the water is visible from the moment you step inside - and it stays with you. This three-bedroom beachfront condo is the kind of place where the days stretch out naturally, shaped by tide and light rather than itinerary.

     

    The space

    Positioned within the gated Los Veneros community, the condo offers a single-level layout with an in-building elevator, making it accessible and easy to move through for guests of all ages. Your host greets you on arrival, and Del Mar Boutique Accommodation provides attentive support throughout your stay - so if anything comes up, help is close.

     

    Sleeping arrangements

    Three bedrooms sleep up to eight guests across five beds, each dressed in cotton linens with room-darkening shades and ceiling fans to help you wind down after a full day. Central air conditioning keeps every room comfortable through the warmth of the coast. Closets, hangers, and generous clothing storage mean there's room to properly settle in - whether you're here for a long weekend or a longer stretch.

     

    Outdoor living

    Step outside and Banderas Bay is right there. Beach access is direct, and the shore here is built for slow mornings, long walks, snorkelling, and afternoons that run well past sunset. Beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkelling gear are all provided - so you can head straight to the sand without stopping to sort anything out. When you want the water without the open beach, the rooftop pool offers a quieter setting, with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area arranged around it. A private patio or balcony gives you another place to take in the coastal surroundings at any hour.

     

    Kitchen & dining

    The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stainless steel gas stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses. Cooking basics, pots and pans, and a full set of dishes and silverware are stocked and ready. Pull up a chair at the dining table and meals become part of the day rather than a pause in it.

     

    Bathrooms

    Three full bathrooms - each with a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products - mean a full house can move through the morning without a queue and without compromise.

     

    Comfort & connectivity

    Wi-Fi and a TV are available when you need them. A dedicated workspace with a door gives anyone who needs to catch up on work a proper, separate place to do it. The in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and full clothing storage make extended stays just as comfortable as short ones - and long-term stays are warmly welcomed. A carbon monoxide alarm is in place for peace of mind. Free parking is available in the on-site garage and on the street.

     

    Location

    Los Veneros sits on one of Nayarit's most sought-after stretches of Pacific coastline. The Marietas Islands - known for hidden beaches, rich marine life, and protected waters - are accessible from nearby launch points. Puerto Vallarta is a short drive away, with restaurants, markets, and a strong sense of the cultural life of this part of Mexico's coast.



    Guest Access:

    Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



    It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



    Check In is done at the security booth.

    Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter and regulations.



    The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. but it is necessary that you confirm your arrival time in advance (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



    *Check In time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



    Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



    Other Things to Note:

    Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



    Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



    Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



    The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



    In order for your stay to be 5-star, it is necessary that you take into account the following information:



    -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

    As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



    -The amenities provided are for the sustenance of a single night.



    -The barbecue is under availability, reserving 24 hours in advance.



    -The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies.



    -No change of linens during your stay.



    -Parking is for one car only: Only one parking space is granted per accommodation, so we suggest you consider it beforehand.



    -Pets are not allowed: It is forbidden to bring pets inside the facilities or accommodation.



    -The capacity of the accommodation counts babies, children and adults alike.



    -Guests are not allowed by administrative regulation of the complex, so any income requested will be processed with extra guest cost, as long as it is within the capacity.



    -The amenities that the condominium has, such as lounge chairs, beach palapas and the pool area, are not under the administration and responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





    -Due to the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent to avoid any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



    -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay. If you need extra cleaning service or have any questions or requests, you can let us know through the platform.



    -The apartment is equipped with all the linens such as bedspreads, sheets, bath and beach towels, necessary for your stay.



    -The kitchen is also equipped with the basic kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. You will also find it equipped with some kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.



    -Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



    Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

    The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
