Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is designed for comfort and entertainment. Whether you are here to relax or stay active, we’ve thought of every detail:
• ​Entertainment & Connectivity: Stay connected with high-speed Fiber Optic Wi-Fi. Enjoy your favorite games and movies on a 65" 4K HD TV featuring HBO, ESPN, and full cable service.
• ​Premium Comfort: Fully air-conditioned (A/C) in all areas. The unit features a large living room, a full kitchen, and an equipped laundry room.

• ​Primary Vehicle: You have one (1) designated, private parking space directly at the building for your entire stay.
• ​Secondary Vehicles: Per community regulations, only one car is allowed to remain parked inside the residential area.
• ​Drop-off Policy: Additional vehicles are usually permitted a brief entry for luggage and guest drop-off at the building. Afterward, they must be parked in the designated guest lot near the main entrance gate (Garita).
• ​Host Support: Should you encounter any inconvenience with the security team during your drop-off, please contact me immediately so I can assist you.
