Through the neighbourhood you can move walking quietly, if you have a vehicle, we give you a control for covered parking, if you have a visitor, there is an outdoor parking lot that you can use.



I am in the area and available for any questions from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (08:00 to 21:00), after those times I only receive emergency calls or messages.



The Cortecito-Los Corales area is one of the most desired and sought-after, with a wide variety of international food restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks that you can walk to.



From the apartment you will not need to use any type of transport for any basic need, since both the beach, squares, supermarket, etc., are within a radius of 150 meters away. In the same way, if you need to go to other places, you can do it with the public transport minibuses, which pass on Germany Avenue, less than 50 meters from the building. As well as taxi, Uber, among others.

For your transportation to and from the airport, we offer a transfer service for an additional cost, cheaper than a taxi (Uber is not allowed to enter the airport)



- ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED in the rent. The cost of this service will depend on the use of each client during their stay. As a welcome, we give them an average of 24kw for free. The Energy system is prepaid, the average cost is 20 Dominican Pesos per KW, we can help you with the recharges to make it more comfortable for you, you can pay in cash, local bank transfer and Airbnb (consider that we must add US$7.00 transaction bank to the initial amount when paying through Airbnb).

-Before your arrival we recommend stopping by a supermarket, in the accommodation you will find drinking water, coffee, sugar, laundry detergent (one wash, the rest is on your own), dishes, conditioner, shampoo and body soap. Each customer is responsible for its replacement.



- We charge a security deposit of US$300 to cover possible damage to the property, it must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure after verifying that there is no damage to the property.
