As you enter the first level, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room integrated with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The first level also features 2 bedrooms with a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom.



The master bedroom is located on the second level with a comfy bed and a private bathroom, with direct access to the rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace and solarium offer mountain views, and features a gas barbeque, a large cold water Picuzzi, and comfortable sunbeds for you to relax while sipping a cocktail.



We take pride in providing our guests with high quality bedding and towels, custom-made with the fine cotton. For your comfort, we provide A/C in all areas as well as ceiling fans. Smart TVs with IPTV system in the room and main room, and Wi-Fi service are also available for our guests. The residential building has 24-hour security and surveillance cameras. Additionally, there is a shared swimming pool in the residential for your use after a day at the beach.

Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:



2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day

3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day



All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$300.00. This deposit can be paid in cash or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSED 2 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.
