This villa includes a private chef, a butler, daily housekeeping and an on-site villa manager. During your stay at Costa Azul, you`ll enjoy a host of exclusive 5-star services and access to some of the Caribbean`s finest amenities. LOCATION:

Costa Azul is located in the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.

Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrances and security. This is one of the premier resort communities in the Dominican Republic and a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities worldwide, not to mention a popular filming location for Hollywood and Netflix movies. Cap Cana stands as a premier destination that offers an array of luxurious amenities, pristine beaches, and world-class facilities that create an idyllic setting for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

The resort offers a wide array of amenities, including Juanillo Beach, considered one of the Caribbean`s finest, and Api Beach Club at the marina. In addition to other courses, you can enjoy 2 Jack Nicklaus oceanside courses, Punta Espada & Las Iguanas. Other attractions include restaurants, bars, beach clubs, Lago Azul with kayaks and paddleboards, an equestrian center and polo club, running and walking paths, and the El Dorado Water Park as well as tennis, paddle and pickleball courts. The resort also features mini markets, a large marina with restaurants and bars, a casino, shops, fitness centers, and more. Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located very close to the property - 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from Cap Cana’s main entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

THE SPACE:

Costa Azul is a gorgeous 7-bedroom, 9.5 bath, 2-story luxury oceanfront villa with a private beach, pool, pickleball/basketball court, and rooftop Jacuzzi.

NOTE: Although it’s only a few years old, the villa has recently been completely renovated. New bedrooms, furniture, pickleball/basketball court, and poolside gazebo have been added and the beach- and pool area have been renovated.

With its unique design, this property exudes a sleek, modern aesthetic complemented by stylish furniture and amazing amenities.

Step through the impressive, yet welcoming entryway that features a floating roof and be welcomed into a sanctuary with a palm studded walkway leading past the guest bungalow and covered pickleball/basketball court and into the main house.

The main house offers a spacious, air-conditioned living room with bar area, dining table, and TV lounge. This space connects seamlessly to the beautiful outdoor areas of the property, which includes a large swimming pool (with wading, toddler and adult depths as well as a lap lane), poolside deck with furniture and sunbeds. From the pool area, you’ll have access to your own private beach where you can easily slip into the warm, Caribbean waters while enjoying a front row view of the Punta Espada golf course. NOTE: The ocean may at times not be suitable for swimming and doing so is always at your own risk.

A new addition to the outdoor area includes a spacious beachside gazebo with an outdoor kitchen, a covered dining area and a lounge area with a fire pit. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the warm tropical nights.

Enjoy the rooftop jacuzzi with even more spectacular ocean and golf views during the day or indulge in a relaxing stargazing soak after dark.

The large kitchen is fully equipped, and the rental includes a private chef who will expertly prepare all your meals during your stay, allowing you to unwind and savor every moment of your vacation (food and beverages not included).

Keep up your fitness routine and play a game of pickleball or basketball at your own private court! The pickleball/basketball court is covered and lit so you can play in the shade during the day or under the lights at night. This new addition to the villa will surely provide hours of fun for everyone!

THE BEDROOMS:

Costa Azul has 7 bedrooms including 4 bedrooms located at the main house and 3 bedrooms in the NEW garden bungalow. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (UK: 1st floor) and 1 bedroom on the 1st floor (UK: Ground floor). There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor (UK: Ground floor) and 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor (UK: 1st floor) in new garden bungalow.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, TVs, and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 1 (main house, upstairs): The primary bedroom is a grand suite with a beautiful canopy King bed, TV, bathtub in the bedroom, a sofa area and desk, two ensuite bathrooms with showers and a large balcony overlooking the ocean, the ocean lagoon and the golf course.

Bedroom 2 (main house, upstairs) with 1 King bed, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower and a balcony overlooking the ocean, the ocean lagoon and the golf course.

Bedroom 3 (main house, upstairs) with 1 King bed, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower and a balcony overlooking the ocean, the ocean lagoon and the golf course.

Note: Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 share the same balcony.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included but will be purchased at your cost and delivered to the villa). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The butler will speak Spanish and English and can serve drinks and food and generally helps around the villa. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: Two Spanish-speaking housekeepers will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: The villa manager will speak English and Spanish (and perhaps other languages) and will be available to you during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
