The unit is close to all the main attractions. It’s about 20 mins from the Punta Cana International Airport, 15 mins from Downtown Mall and Plaza San Juan and restaurants, bars and clubs are from walking distance.

Getting around is fairly easy since everything is close by but Public Transportation is available (guaguas) and Uber as well. If you ever need, we offer a private driver service.

Non-Smoking Condo
This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the condo.

Pets Not Allowed
For allergy and hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in the unit.

⚡ Electricity

Your stay includes a daily electricity allowance based on the length of your reservation:

• Stays of 7 nights or less: up to 40 kWh per day
• Stays of 8 to 29 nights: up to 30 kWh per day
• Stays of 30 nights or more: up to 20 kWh per day

These allowances are designed to cover normal and reasonable daily usage.

Any consumption exceeding the applicable daily allowance will be charged at 23 Dominican pesos (DOP) per kWh.
