"We understood when booking that this unit that construction was extensive, and the room did not have an ocean view. That expectation was clear in the listing and email. However, the photos were misleading. The room featured large, expansive curtains that reasonably suggested there would at least be some type of exterior view. Instead, the “view” was a brick wall directly outside the window. That was disappointing and felt deceptive in how the room was presented online.The room was extremely hot...

"Accommodations were perfect for us…clean, well stocked, user friendly. We enjoyed the local food trucks and grocery stores were close by. The Polynesian Culture Center is a definite recommended visit….many activities in close proximity…."

"The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. "We have stayed at Pats 2 times now. We love the location and even the daily rooster wakeups. The beach is amazing, the turtles are breathtaking. "
