House is situated in a very quiet location near the wood, just 3 km from center of Pula and 2 km from the beach (both few minutes by car or bike). It has 800 m2 of yard which is fenced. In the yard children can enjoy 3 m wide trampoline. House is completely new, new equipped and modern decorated. Your days will begin with the chirping of birds and ends relaxing in whirlpool for six people with stereo, with a view of the starry sky. House has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, large equipped kitchen, dining room and large terrace. Two bedrooms have double bed and the third has bunk bed. Both bathrooms have shower and in large bathroom are also tub, bidet and washing machine. Kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all other necessary things. In living room is comfortable sofa from which you can enjoy in smart tv, hifi or wireless internet. Complete house is covered with a cooling devices that will make your stay enjoyable. In terrace is table with six chairs, and in backyard are barbecue, shower and whirlpool. The price includes 4 bikes and table football on the terrace. If you want to spend your holiday with family, relaxing or being active, our villa is ideal for you :)

We had a wonderful week-long stay. The house was excellent and perfectly equipped. A bottle of wine was waiting for us as a welcome gift. Communication with the landlords was excellent in advance, including easy check-in. We would love to come back.We were sorry that we couldn't accept the guest gift on departure because we were flying with hand luggage.

Perfect family holiday!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house.It was our first holiday as a small family, and everything was perfect!The house is very clean, well-equipped, and in a quiet area — great for relaxing. But also near the City and the Beach.We loved the terrace, the nice garden and the Whirlpool, especially with a baby.Dana and Vedran are amazing hosts. We had a warm welcome, wine, music… Most caring hosts. I loved the nice smell and womderful kitchen. Most important for us was safety for our children, the area has a fence and a closed Whirlpool. We loved our stay and Hope to come back soon ☺️

Das Haus war sehr schön und für unsere Bedürfnisse ideal. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man ein Problem hat, kann man sie gleich erreichen, da sie mit auf dem geteilten Grundstück wohnen. Wir hatten hier einen schönen Urlaub und können das Haus empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt. Es ist ein tolles Haus, sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist groß und gut gepflegt und die Wasserqualität des Whirlpools wurde täglich kontrolliert. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jedem Bereich übertroffen. --- **Wonderful vacation in dream accommodation** Upon our arrival, we received a very warm welcome from the owners – a perfect start to two wonderful weeks of vacation, which we were able to spend with our friends in this comfortable house. The house itself leaves nothing to be desired: tastefully furnished, well-equipped, and with a spacious outdoor area that invites you to relax. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi – an absolute highlight that provided pure relaxation on many evenings. The personal attention from the owners was also a huge plus. They were on hand throughout our entire stay with many helpful tips and advice, without being intrusive – just the right balance. The quiet location perfectly completes the overall picture. Erstklassiges Haus, gute Ausstattung, liebevolle Vermieter!!!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man benötigt (Vollausstattung Küche; Moskitonetze an den Türen und Fenstern; Kühlung durch Wärmepumpe)! Die Ausstattung ist sehr ansprechend. Im Garten befindet sich ein Grillplatz und ein Jacuzzi (für bis zu 6 Personen)! Alles ist top gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die liebevollen Vermieter (Dana und Vedran mit ihren Kindern) - wir wurden sehr liebevoll empfangen (Begrüßungsgetränk, Obst im Kühlschrank, Wein), alles wurde bestens erklärt, Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und sie waren immer erreichbar! Strände und Stadt waren in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar! Ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Spotless property with everything needed

What stands out about this Vrbo is the owners. Lovely people that made sure every question we had was promptly answered. Great communication is super helpful and important to us. Being in a foreign country not being able to read even basic instructions for dishwashers or washing machines can be stressful, but we got terrific instructions on how to use everything. Property is immaculate. The pride of ownership is obvious. There was everything we needed there. Loved it. Super location and very quiet.

A recommander sans hésitation

Très belle villa de plein pied "tout confort", extrêmement bien équipée et en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Nous y avons passé 15 jours en famille avec des enfants de 13 et 15 ans qui ont bien profité du baby-foot, des vélos et du trampoline. Nous avons également pu pleinement profiter du jacuzzi. La terrasse couverte offre une ombre bienvenue aux heures les plus chaudes de la journée. Petit plus non négligeable : les draps de lit et serviettes de bain sont fournis. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très disponibles, tout en étant d’une grande discrétion. La maison est propre, décorée avec goût et on s'y sent rapidement comme chez soi. La région vaut le détour, tant pour les visites que pour les « spots » mer et plongeons. A recommander sans hésitation!

Wir hatten das Glück, in Danas und Vedrans gemütlichem Ferienhaus Gäste für zwei Wochen zu sein. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Vedran antwortet und hilft schnell und sachlich. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen von Dana und Vedran und mit einem Obstkorb überrascht. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach ein Traum. Es liegt in einer Sackgasse, an einen Wald angrenzend. Weit vom Tourismus entfernt, sehr ruhig und ländlich. Dennoch sind die Strände und Supermärkte in 5-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Für das Auto gibt es einen Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück. Der Außenbereich mit überdachter Terrasse ist einfach perfekt für gemütliche Morgen-und Abendstunden. Der Whirlpool ist ein Highlight. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und eins mit Etagenbett. Für unsere Familie mit fünf Personen perfekt. Im großen Bad steht eine super funktionierende Waschmaschine. Es gibt noch ein kleineres Bad mit WC und Dusche. Die Handtücher und Duschtücher liegen für jeden bereit. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt sehr viele Utensilien, Töpfe, Pfannen, ausreichend Geschirr, Spülmaschine, Kontaktgrill, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher. Küche-Wohnbereich ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Fernseher haben wir nie aus Zeitgründen genutzt. Es gibt auch einen tollen Grillbereich. Es fehlt einfach an nichts. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus von Dana und Vedran auf jeden Fall weiter, vor allem für die, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Und hoffen, dass

Wonderful holidays in Croatia

Traumhaft schönes Haus

We were with the family in this great house. My husband and I and our 2 boys (5 and 1.5 years) nothing was missing. The welcome was very warm. There was even a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. The house is in a great location. nice and quiet and idyllic at the edge of the forest. But everything is easy to reach and in the immediate vicinity (supermarket, bakery, restaurant) to the nearest beach (Djecji Park, Pjescana Uvala) it was just 10 minutes by bike - it was also our favorite beach because it was nice and flat and ideal for our youngest, had shade from trees and had restaurants, bars and toilets. Nothing was missing in the house. if we had any questions, Dana and Vedran were always available. The whirlpool was a hit with big and small, as was the garden. Thank you for your nice hospitality and see you soon

Ein wirklich tolles Haus...

...mit netten und zuvorkommenden Vermietern in einer tollen Lage. Von hier aus kann man schöne Tagesausflüge in jede Richtung unternehmen. Ein sehr nettes Vermieterpaar nahm uns in Empfang, erklärte uns alles, was wir benötigten und war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus war ein Traum, sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub braucht....Fahrräder, Whirlpool, Grill, Lektüre für die Freizeitplanung und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit sämtlichen Geräten...toll! Vielen Dank für diese Unterkunft und die schönen 10 Tage in Kroatien sagen Manu und Georgios

Tolles Haus, sehr nette Vermieter

Dana und Vedran sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alle notwendigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Der Jacuzzi sorgte bei uns allen für abendliche Entspannung nach einem Tag am Meer oder einem Ausflug. Der nächste Strand ist nur 2 km entfernt und mit den 4 vorhandenen Fahrrädern gut zu erreichen. Das Grundstück ist von keiner Seite einsehbar, so dass man einen ungestörten Urlaub verbringen kann. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

One week in Istria

We were only 2 adults travelling, but with 3 bed rooms the house would be great as well for a bigger group or a family with children. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood next to a forest, with only a few other houses around and set back from the main street. The location is very good if you want a quiet place, yet it is very close driving (or biking) to many beautiful beaches and good restaurants. Supermarkets are also within 5-10 minutes driving reach and Pula center might be around 10-15 minutes driving. There is a fence around the property and a small children playground in the garden. The whirlpool is really awesome, we used it a lot as the weather was not always good enough for the beach in October. Unfortunately we couldn't use the barbecue due to the weather condition, but it looked good as well. The house is very well equipped with modern appliances in the kitchen (we cooked a few times) and basically you would find anything you might need in the kitchen. In general, the interior style of the house is very modern and it also has a nice covered patio with a big table to eat outside. The hosts were super welcoming, helpful and responsive on any questions we had and gave some good recommendations for beaches and restaurants as well. We really enjoyed our relaxed stay here!

Super Urlaub in Istrien

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Haus von Dana und Vedran. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes war super. Die beiden sind sehr herzlich. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt, sodass wir unser Kleinkind bedenkenlos draußen rumlaufen lassen konnten. Schönes Ferienhaus, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Dana & Vedran empfangen uns sehr herzlich und freundlich, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Das Haus ist in absoluter Ruhelage! Whirlpool war EXTRA KLASSE! Wir haben oft Fahrräder benutzt - ca. 7-8 min bis zum Meer (Strand Pjescana Uvala). Vielen Dank für den entspannten Urlaub! Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.
