This large villa is located in the small holiday resort of Vinkuran, not far from the sea.



Villa Fani consists of three flats that are rented together. One is on the ground floor, the other two on the first floor. Each flat has its own entrance. Villa Fani has a total of seven bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The flat on the ground floor has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom, a dining area for up to six people and a fully equipped kitchen.

A flat on the first floor also offers two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom. Here you will also find a kitchenette, a dining area for four people and a balcony with a table and chairs for four people.

The second flat on the first floor has three bedrooms (two double beds and one bunk bed). It also has a kitchenette, a dining area for four people and a balcony with a table and chairs for four people.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access and parking for 4 cars.

You can enjoy your holiday, relax and have fun with family or friends by the pool, which is equipped with 6 sun loungers and a parasol. The villa is completely fenced so that your children can move freely.

There is also a pedal boat available on the beach.

Pula, the largest city in Istria, only 5 km from the villa, is known worldwide for its breathtaking Colosseum, an ancient amphitheatre built in the 1st century and ruled by the Roman Emperor Vespansian. The unspoilt nature of the Premantura Cape Kamenjak Nature Park is also nearby (9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with a total of 30 km of indented coastline). Besides cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastro experience, which is well known in this part of Europe. Homemade Istrian prosciutto (prut), wine, Istrian pasta (fuzi) are just some of the many delicious gastronomic pleasures. Istrian peninsula is home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe - Brijuni.
