"I was greeted by Karla who is a charming host. We chatted for awhile on the porch. Friendly and comfortable, this place was like stepping into a ready made family. My stay was quiet and serene. I will be back!"

"Lovely place with pleasant hosts. Spacious and good amenities. Very nice breakfasts. Located in 1909 mansion with beautiful furnishings and elegant public areas. While we had ensuite bathroom with old tub and shower, apparently some have shared bathrooms. Parking is limited and on street parking is rarely available. Price was a good value for Seattle. Interesting variety of restaurants nearby. We would consider returning here"

"A good place, that worked well for my family. Host communicated very well. Location was perfect for our needs. There are some quirks to the property Lower level apartment, so you can hear upstairs movement and talking. No sink in the kitchenette. Tall people will have to watch out for the vent. Nothing major, we would stay there again. "
