Welcome to this beautiful unit located on the 7th floor of the Condomar Condominum in the heart of the sought-after Hotel Zone in Puerto Vallarta. As a proud member of the Hyatt Hotels family, Sunscape Condomar transcends the ordinary offering providing the comfort of home and the convenient amenities of a hotel resort.
Relax on your balcony, indulge in the vibrant full-service pool area, or enjoy direct access to the beach while enjoying views of Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre Mountains. The space Overlooking the resort’s large swimming pool and one of the best sand beaches in Puerto Vallarta, the two-room open concept paradise provides a Zen-like experience with three double beds, each with a fabulous view of the ocean. High-powered air conditioning for a breezy atmosphere adjustable to your liking and high-speed internet, two large screen HD televisions, and local cable TV to keep you connected. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove top, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and includes pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, glassware, coffee mugs, dish towels, dish cloths and dish soap. In the bathroom you will find bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, hand soap, body soap and toilet paper as well as a hair dryer and clothes iron.
FOOD & DRINKS
You will be able to purchase food, drinks, and alcohol at the food truck in the pool area. All other resort restaurants and bars are restricted and only available if you purchase the all-inclusive option (details provided in "Guest Access" section). You can bring any kind of beverage into the resort area (restricted to one beverage per person) provided it is not contained in glass or disposable plastic containers. It is forbidden to bring any kind of food into the resort areas. You can bring any food and/or drinks into your condo and there are several great restaurants just outside of the resort.
LIQUOR STORE
After traveling all day, we understand that the first thing you probably want to do when you settle into the condo is have a nice cold drink! There is a liquor store downstairs in the lower-level commercial area. You can purchase beer, coolers, liquor, wine, champagne, soda, juice, ice, water, as well as 30 oz. thermos cups which you can use for entry into the resort. The liquor store is open from 10 am to 10 pm, 7 days per week.
AREAS OF USE INCLUDED:
Main pool and lounge chairs located in the pool area, beach and lounge chairs located on the beach, gym (upon previous reservation at Concierge), palapas on the beach, minigolf, basketball court, solarium and garden areas located on the ground floor next to the pools.
The Hotel has a series of Corporate Events, which will require an additional charge to enter the areas of use on these days.

Other details to note Guest access This condo is an especially unique situation. You are getting the comforts of a personal condo, but you are also getting access to a vacation resort. The Condominium Tower and Sunscape Resort sit side by side and share a beautiful ocean front property as you can see in the listing photos. I pay a yearly access fee which gives my guests free access to the resort's pool and beautiful sandy beach. It's important to point out though that you are in fact booking a condo and not an all-inclusive resort. As a condo guest, you will be mingling with the all-inclusive resort guests but there are some distinctions that the all-inclusive resort guests pay a premium for, so it is very important to carefully consider and understand the following.
RESORT ACCESS
The resort allows condo guests access to the pool and beach area for up to 4 adults (13 years old and older) and 2 minors (12 years old and younger). If you have more than four adults, each additional adult will have a fixed cost of $32 USD per person, per day, and shall be paid for full stays at the front desk when you arrive. Maximum of 6 guests per condo. When checking in you will be given a bracelet for common areas of the resort. Please don't remove to avoid a penalty fee off $150.00 dlls per lost bracelet
HOURS OF ACCESS TO THE RESORT
The hours to access the resort from the condo or the beach is 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Pool closes At 8:00 PM Other things to note ALL-INCLUSIVE OPTION Sunscape's all-inclusive option offers six dining options including two à la carte, a fast casual, a buffet, a grill, and a café. Enjoy live entertainment, partake in land, and water sports, or indulge yourself in soothing facial and body treatments, massages, hydrotherapy, and other relaxing spa services. The all-inclusive option is available on a day-to-day basis. Simply go down to the front desk and purchase it on the day you choose. This is great if you want to get out and explore the city on some days and stay at the resort by the pool on others.
