The Space:
Situated on the 9th floor, this modern condo offers a wonderful Puerto Vallarta getaway for up to a group of 4! The bedroom, with two double beds, is separated by vertical sliding doors that can open up to create one spacious open floor plan connecting the bedroom to the rest of the condo. There’s access to the private balcony steps from the bed or the sitting area that features a Smart TV and comfy sofa seating. You’ll find some chairs on the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail in the fresh air.

If you don’t feel like dining out, no worries. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the utensils and cookware you’d need to whip up any meal of the day. For added convenience, there’s a washer and dryer in the unit.

Not only does the condo offer all the comforts of home, but the building has a rooftop pool, and a very well-equipped fitness center, so you don’t miss your daily workout!

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo as well as access to the common areas and shared amenities such as the pools and gym.

The Neighborhood:
The Nautico condo building is located right on the marina and near restaurants/bars, shopping, golf, and activities. For exact distances, check Google Maps.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 3.2 km | 2 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport. If you are arriving by car, there is parking onsite that is first come, first served. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, so you can easily get around.

Other Things to Note:
The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- A crib/Pack ´n Play and highchair are available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
- Check-in is 4 pm, access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
