Near the marina and 10 min from downtown Puerto Vallarta, Peninsula Vallarta consists of 3 condo towers & Plaza Peninsula. Our condo is located in tower 3 next to the Pitillal River. The tower amenities include: a lobby & multiple lounges with wireless internet. Outside you can relax on a day bed alongside the 394 ft. infinity pool, lay in the huge wading pool perfect for children, or take a nap under a palapa on the beach. CONDOMINIUM
This spacious 2250 sq. ft condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master suite features: a king-size bed, jacuzzi tub, 32' flat panel TV (Cable), and access to a private balcony with views of the Sierra Madre Mountains & the Pitillal River. The 2nd bedroom includes: a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and also has access to the Sierra Madre / River facing balcony. The 3rd bedroom, perfect for kids, is furnished with 2 twin beds and a wall closet.

The kitchen has granite countertops and overlooks the living & dining areas which share incredible ocean views. This great room, has a 47” flat screen TV (Cable) and wireless (WiFi) high speed internet. The phone has a local number for making and receiving calls. The adjacent oceanfront balcony is furnished with lounge chairs and a seating area.

Additional features include: refrigerator with independent water / ice filtration system, In-Unit washer / dryer, room-by-room controlled air-conditioning, and a private parking space.
