The building offers 24/7 security and underground parking for total convenience.

For your downtime, enjoy Smart TVs with access to Netflix, Disney+, and HBO—perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Due to its location in Tower 3000, music from a nearby beach club may be heard on weekends between 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Many guests enjoy the lively atmosphere, but if you prefer something quieter, we’re happy to suggest alternative options.

Amenities and services are managed directly by the condominium, so if there's something specific that's important to you, we recommend checking in advance. We want you to arrive with clear expectations and have an experience that’s exactly what you're looking for.

Inside, you’ll find a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a full-size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, a full bathroom, and a private terrace with a table and lounge chair—perfect for enjoying sunsets and ocean views. The Grand Venetian condominium offers two infinity pools, three recreational pools, a gym, game room, tennis court (with reservation), restaurant, snack bar, spa (additional cost), underground parking, 24-hour security, and direct beach access.

As a thoughtful touch, we’ve added a cart stocked with essentials, snacks, and sweets for your convenience, with a trusted self-payment system.

We also offer optional services to make your stay even more special: private chef in the apartment, delivery of prepared meals and desserts, cleaning service, transportation, personalized decoration, and exclusive picnics. Important Note: On Airbnb we do not require a security deposit. If the platform shows an automatic notice about a deposit, please ignore it. Your reservation will not have any additional charges for this.

We want your stay to be as relaxing and enjoyable as a vacation should be. Access is strictly limited to the number of guests included in your reservation, and per condominium policy, external visitors and pets—including service or assistance animals—are not permitted. This is a rule set by the building administration, and unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions.

Prior to your arrival, we’ll request a few basic details for registration: a photo of an official ID, the full names of all guests, and a contact number. That way, everything will be ready for you to start enjoying your stay as soon as you arrive.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find everything you need to feel at home: the condominium rules, wristbands, access card, keys, and a guide with recommendations to help you make the most of your visit. We also provide complimentary essentials such as toilet paper, neutral soap, shampoo, dish soap with sponge, trash bags, and a jug of drinking water. If you need more, you can easily request it.
