The large balcony had a terrific view. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool, as well as the pools above the beach. Comfortable beds. A few things to improve: rhe gas grill needs some maintenance, the ceiling fans in the living room didn't work, and the burners on the stove top aren't great. Otherwise, the place was in great shape. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The condo is amazing! Very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views. Host was very accommodating. We had travel issues and arrived two days after we were scheduled to arrive. He allowed us to extend our stay by two days and gave us a discount due to our travel issues. Definitely recommend this condo and building. The security staff and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.

This property is so nice! It’s close enough to popular areas that we could walk, but due to the heat we chose to use taxis, which were available at a moment’s notice and just a short ride from restaurants and shopping. We were able to relax in the infinity pools with bar service readily available. There was even a pickleball court and paddles available to use. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals if you choose to purchase food, and the view is amazing. There is a small fairly private beach, but we chose to lounge by the pool with the sight and sounds of the ocean and forego the sand. The condo staff was all friendly and attentive to our requests. We enjoyed every minute, and hope to return as soon as next year!

Absolutely amazing condo and vacation

Wow! What a spectacular condo and overall experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly front desk staff and by the wonderful Moises, who was our INCREDIBLY helpful and kind concierge. John's condo had everything we needed and hoped for. It is gorgeous throughout and John's attention to detail does not go unnoticed. The furniture is comfortable and the decor modern and sleek. The condo felt like being at home and the views of the ocean and jungle are spectacular. We also greatly appreciated the sensors on the doors so as to be mindful of the AC usage. We will absolutely be back again and highly recommend this condo and it's location. It's a short walk to Zona Romantica yet has it's own privacy, private beach and gorgeous pools. Our favorite was the roof top! Thank you again John and Moises!!!

Absolute Paradise – Stunning Views, Perfect Pools, and Incredible Hospitality

From the moment we arrived, this property exceeded every expectation. The beachfront views are truly breathtaking – waking up to the sound of waves and panoramic ocean scenery was a dream. Whether sipping coffee on the balcony or enjoying sunsets from the loungers, the location couldn’t be more perfect.The swimming pools were immaculate and beautifully designed, with options for lounging in the sun or relaxing in shaded areas. We especially loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach – it felt like something out of a luxury travel magazine.Inside, the home was just as impressive. Spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with every comfort you could ask for. The on property restaurant made wonderful meals and delicious margaritas. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly pampered. The only issue that we had was that we could not control the thermostat. So we had issues sleeping at night in the heat and humidity. The hosts were attentive, welcoming, and made everything effortless from check-in to checkout. This stay was nothing short of perfect – a true luxury retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing views and clean property

We loved our stay at Sayan Beach. The property is well maintained and the staff was amazing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed during our day. We commented on how we would stay here again. Check in and check it was easy and the room charging for drinks at the bar was perfect.

Great to be in Puerto Vallarta and stay at Sayan Beach

We have had a wonderful three week visit to Sayan Beach. The condo is totally as advertised and more. We found it to be spacious, comfortable, great views/sunsets, and proximity to old Puerto Vallarta. The building itself is a major plus with two wonderful restaurants and multiple swimming pools, the staff is very welcoming and highly attentive. Our host was highly responsive and offered to help in many different ways. We definitely had a terrific time and plan to return.

View is beautiful

The view in our room is beautiful. The staff is on top of it and set up in room massages for us. The little cove which is just a few stairs away was great. The only downside is apparently the condo next door has venues and on our last night that played excessively loud music for 6 hrs until 11 pm which ruined our night as we couldn't enjoy the balcony or anything for that matter. Even with the doors closed and the TV on all we heard was pounding.

Spacious and quiet beachfront vacation, close to Romatic Zone.

We enjoyed our eight night stay at this beautiful beachfront condo. The roof top pool and pool area were a delight. The beach side walk in to restaurants on Pulpito Basillio Badillo was quick and easy. This is a beautiful and spacious three bedroom condo. We also enjoyed simple but good meals at the on site first or second floor restaurant.

Beachfront luxury

There were three couples that stayed at Sayan Beach. The condo was right on the ocean with a beautiful huge covered deck and a private beach. Walking distance to the Malacon and old Puerto Vallarta. The restaurants and bars were right beside each pool and the staff were amazing, kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be returning! They also made the best Pina Coladas and Margaritas!

Spectacular apartment

We had a very nice long weekend stay. It was not enough time, but left us wanting to return. PV is a lovely destination, but this apartment and they comprehensive resort-style building is equally an impressive destination. We will definitely return for a longer stay. I loved how the building had a restaurant and bar, with room-service available as well. We loved the roof top pool which had a spectacular view. The gym was great too. I wish yoga could have been offered (fee payable?) as an improvement. The front desk and the assistants around the building were so helpful and all spoke great English. Overall a wonderful place to have a vacation.

Absolutely Amazing!

This property was absolutely beautiful! The condo itself was spotless and just perfect. The view was truly breathtaking! We could not get enough. The pictures do not do it justice. The grounds were so clean and stunning and had everything you could ask for. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They truly made this a wonderful stay. The rooftop pool and bar were under construction during our stay so we were unable to enjoy that, but everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again and cannot wait to go back!

Perfect location, unbeatable views

The views, amenities, and beach access cannot be beaten. Condo itself- Waking up to a full beach view, falling asleep to the sound of the waves was magical. Joel, our main contact/concierge, made our entire stay seamless. He took care of every detail (from the airport pickup, booking massages on the beach, groceries, and more) he made our stay incredible. Resort/condos - Truly enjoyed all of the amenities- the gym, bars, pools, EVERYTHING was top notch- especially the food! Every single worker was helpful and attentive, especially Joaquin at the bar who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Overall our stay exceeded our expectations. It was a short Uber ride into town- which we loved since we needed to disconnect and relax.

We love Sayan Beach!

We have stayed at the sister property, so we know how special Sayan is. But the rest of my extended family was utterly blown away. We had a fantastic milestone birthday celebration. And although we knew when we booked that the rooftop pool would be closed, the management graciously allowed everyone up to view the 90% coverage eclipse. This is a beautiful property. The staff couldn’t be more hospitable. The in-house dining options are fantastic. There really is nothing like Sayan anywhere else in the area—and we have been visiting PV regularly for three decades. Take it from a pro—this is the building you want to be in, and this unit is perfect—need a bandaid or aluminum foil to keep those grilled shrimp warm? It’s there.
