"Owners went above and beyond. The street access is not pretty, but location is central and walking distance to lots of places to eat. Nice base for the tour in Puerto Princesa."

"Both rooms we stayed at were clean, but need updates and maintenance. The a/c in the 1st room (room 15) we stayed was loud and kept me awake all night. The a/c in the 2nd room (room 17) we stayed at was quieter, but there was no towel holder (it was broken and taken out) and the sink was broken and almost falling. Aside from those, the breakfast was good and all staff were excellent. We had different rooms because I had to rebook for additional day."

"Air conditioning was ok but the toilet seat was horrible that I had to clean off some nasty stains on it. "

"My family stayed there for 4 days, rooms have termites, there’s a charge for changing towels and cleaning the room before the third day. The whole time that we were there they never clean the room, I can't recommend it to people, but the decision is still up to them."
