"Nosa suite junior era impecavel mas a comida do restaurante principal é muito ruim. Nada tem tempero ou sal. O hotel é muito bem administrado mas o restaurante precisa de um chefe internacional. A comida nao tem gosto de nada. "

Examples: - our robes were taken by the lady that made our room We asked the reception to send new ones, they never appeared - to return the pool towel it took me about 20 min, just because I didn’t change it every single day. The guy says that is a policy that in the pool always has to serve things in this kind of cups. For a 5* hotel, can’t understand this. A porcelain cup should be provided. - in the pool, near the cafe bakery, the bell to call the waiter was really annoying. It rang every 10 seconds! "
