We are villa owners at this 100+ villa resort, which is the highest membership level, giving us the best available accommodations and perks (which include Black bracelets), to pass along to you our guests. With this black bracelet, you have access to Deja View Beach and premier seating, dinner, and drinks on Sunday evening Welcome Party.

In addition, we can offer you a guaranteed golf cart to get around the resort. We don't pay extra for the golf cart, so you don't pay extra.

It sounds too good to be true but there is no catch!
5 adult minimum occupancy. In addition to the $250.00/Day rental fee there is a mandatory all-inclusive fee for adults is $150 per person, per day for vacations. Children ages 3-11 is $75.00 per day and children under age 3 $0. This fee also includes your breakfast being prepared in your Villa daily, refreshments are just a call away, parties each week and of course ALL you can eat and drink at 12 restaurants and 30 bars throughout the resort. The villa rental fee and the all-inclusive fees are paid directly to us.

ALSO – we’re owners of the villa shown in our listing and so when you rent from us you get priority over all other guests of members. No need to look anywhere else!

Based on availability you may check in or out on any day of the week and stay as many nights as you wish. We do recommend spending AT LEAST a week here in order to enjoy everything this resort has to offer!!
