From its 5th-floor ocean-front corner location, enticing Sonoran Spa condo E 501 gives you a bright, comfortable place to make the most of your stay. This unit is newly remodeled and styled in white, weathered wood with touches of gentle blue. The retracting, stackable glass door opens the main living area to the extensive balcony patio for a full beach experience.

The open-plan living area starts with gorgeous granite countertops and a dining table for 6. Feel right at home in the kitchen fully equipped with new large appliances, plus garbage disposal, dishwasher, and Keurig/carafe coffeemaker. You'll find a complimentary 3-gallon water bottle for the countertop water cooler, as well as a washer & dryer, a high chair, and a porta-crib.

Powered reclining leather sofas and chair make the living room totally comfy for family and friends. The electric fireplace adds warmth and cheers on deliciously cool oceanside nights. Out on the large balcony patio, another dining table for 6 lets you gather for conversation and unforgettable sunset meals.

E 501 offers guests 3 bedrooms, each with over-sized widescreens with over 200 high definition satellite channels available. The living room and master feature impressive 75-inch Samsung smart TVs. The second bedroom has a 65-inch smart TV and the third bedroom has a 50-inch. Wi-Fi is free at E501.

King beds with down comforters in the master and guest bedrooms are perfect for sleeping to the soothing sound of the ocean. The third bedroom's unique L-shaped bunk beds are awesome for kids, featuring three twins and a double. The unit has 2 full-sized bathrooms with showers and built-in hair dryers.

Overlooking broad Sandy Beach, the Sonoran Spa is a classic resort at Rocky Point, Mexico. The large, winding swimming pool is surrounded by chaise lounges and has a large jacuzzi. The pool is heated in cooler months. There's a slide for kids and a weekend poolside bar. You can also use the resort's tennis courts, basketball court, and barbecue area.

The Sonoran Grill is handy to pop in for a drink or a satisfying meal from their popular menu that offers quality cuisine and family favorites. Four other restaurants/bars are within walking distance. A convenience store, pharmacy and ocean-view gym are also on site. Or pamper yourself with massages, pedicures, facials and more at the resort's La Spa.

Absolutely stunning from the views to the decor. It was stocked with every kitchen appliance I could think of. Although there were plenty of bath towels there werenā€™t any beach towels. Also no paper towels or napkins, just 2 kitchen towels. So be sure to bring your own. Otherwise it was a dream! Would 100 percent rent again!

Condo is set up very cute. The theme makes you feel like you are in a beach house! Furniture in every room is comfortable and we felt very safe with all the staff and security. Highly recommended!!

The condo was exceptional. We had plenty of room for our family. We spent a lot of time enjoying the beach from the balcony along with the gorgeous sunsets. We enjoyed the pool and walks on the beach. The little store on the property was convent and very well stocked. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and accommodating. We had a great family vacation, thanks!

This is our favorite place to stay in Puerto Penasco!!! The place is clean, and we love that itā€™s on the corner. We are obsessed with the beds and decor! We plan on making this a yearly trip!

Entry and checking at the Sonoran Spa was friendly and hassle-free. Roberto at the desk recommend restaurants and activities. My family of 5 had plenty of room in this beautiful condo. The kitchen is stocked, all you need is a roll of paper towels and a cooking oil/butter. Plenty of towels in bathroom, bring your personal products. Bring your own beach chairs and towels or enjoy the views from the patio. We enjoyed this property and will return.

We enjoyed our stay this was our first time in Rocky Point. We enjoyed the all the activities and the location. We did not enjoy the down town area as muck as the resorts. The only thing that would have been nice is the bathroom door didnā€™t lock and this was the bathroom everyone used. The only thing I would say is to haven some paper towels or knapkins in the unit.

We awoke on day one with no running water. Mangement said it was a leak in our building and would be fixed in one hour. We kept checking all day and it was always "one more hour". We had to book an appointment in the spa so we could take a shower that afternoon. We could not cook anything all day. We finally had water at about 7:30 p.m. The manager left one female employee at 5 p.m. who had to deal with all the complaints.
