Historic Restored Manor House - 6 Bedrooms - Puebla Downtown

This 1940s manor house has belonged to the same family for five generations. It is located a 15-minute walk from the Zócalo, in a quiet area of the historic center.

The house accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms, making it the largest in our portfolio. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom with a handheld showerhead and a grab bar, ideal for people with reduced mobility or seniors. Also on the ground floor, you will find the living room with a TV, a spacious dining room, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, and an additional bathroom accessible from the central patio, which features outdoor furniture.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with king-size beds and closets, and three bedrooms with double beds (one with a balcony). There is one bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub and handheld showerhead. The house's pipes are original from the 1940s, so the upstairs bathtub may drain a bit slower than usual.

The house is naturally lit to take advantage of sunlight and highlight its architecture. The curtains do not completely darken the rooms, so if you are traveling with babies or small children who need total darkness to sleep, we recommend bringing a portable blackout curtain.

IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER FOR YOUR RESERVATION:
There is a covered garage with space for one medium-sized car, although the entrance is somewhat narrow. We recommend avoiding 16 Oriente street from 11 Sur due to traffic; it is better to use 4 or 8 Oriente and turn left onto 4 Norte.

For 10 or more guests, there is an additional charge of $295 per person per night.

During hot days, especially in spring and summer, the house can get warm. We do not have air conditioning, but we have provided household fans for your comfort.
