"فندق قريب من المسجد جداً، ومشرف المدخل Mr. Nizam Al-Din إنسان عظيم وصاحب خبرة في التعامل. إذا طلبت منه شيئاً يوفره في أقرب وقت، ودائماً ما شاء الله اللهم بارك يسأل إن كان هناك أي تقصير من الفندق. ما شاء الله حكيم في خبرته وتعاملاته. أنا ضيف بريطاني والحمد لله مثقف ومتعلم وأفهم في الأشياء، وأقول للفندق: طالما هذا المشرف موجود إن شاء الله فندقكم سيكون من أفضل الفنادق في حي النسيم. هذا الكلام ليس مجاملة بل هو قليل في حقه. أما بالنسبة للاستقبال صراحة ما ارتحت لهم كثير، ولم أشعر بذاك الترحيب...

"Great place to stay.. everything here is beautiful.. Two things i had issues with 1. the cleaning staff didn't come to clean my room for the 4 days i was around even though the sign was showing. 2. Going to the UMRAH is easy, buses are available but getting back to the hotel from the UMRAH is via the same buses, OMG is too much work, many a times, i had to catch a Taxi because i am tired. Other than that.. awesome place to stay.. Recommended all the way if you love luxury "

"Property was clean upon arrival. Room service was not the greatest. The cleaners would not move a muscle till you ask them to grab garbage from the bathroom or the room. Requested for a fresh set of sheets after 3 days. They did not had a floor mop or wiper to clean the bathroom floor nor a vacuum cleaner for the room. The shuttle service to/from the Haram was great and very helfpul. Front desk provided the timings during check-in. Drop off and pick up zones are different, i suggest talk...
