"We had a good stay with a clean room and the half-board really helped save time in trying to find food. The lifts are a lot busier and slower than our last visit - perhaps more people are now staying at the hotel. I also found it odd that they’ve removed the shower doors which leaves a lot of water pooling in the bathroom. Aside from these small issues, the place is great, staff are helpful, location is close enough to Haram. We were satisfied with our stay, thank you!"

The distance from the hotel to the mosque is about a 30-minute walk in a straight line, depending on you. It offers a comfortable night’s sleep with many facilities, including laundry service. We dealt with Mr. MASLEH who was super nice and helpful and he helped resolve an issue which was from the website and it was not hotels fault, yet Mr. MASLEH helped us out. We must say Arab hospitality is sexond to none i would recommend this hotel for cleanliness and courteous service. "The word that best describes the hotel is fantastic! There are three buses operating 24 hours a day to take you to the Haram and bring you back (it’s only a 5-minute ride). The bus leaves every 30 minutes. The reception team is very kind, the hotel is very clean, and everything you need is available in the lobby. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!"
