"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,"

"Our stay at the Makkah Royal Clock Tower Fairmont was wonderful. The location was perfect, safe, convenient, and just steps away from the Haram. The view from our room was breathtaking, and we truly enjoyed it every day. The hotel sits above a quiet shopping center, which made it easy to find anything we needed without the crowds. The room was comfortable, the bed was clean and cozy, and everything felt well-maintained. The staff made us feel welcome, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful....
