"The property has a beautiful view but it has a very long and steep walk to get to any restaurants. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING even though the listing clearly stated there was A/C and there is not a single fan in the house, either. Google maps does not get you to the house, you have to keep on going and then back into the gated driveway or go past it and turn around. Very difficult to get a large vehicle into the driveway. "The company that handles this house did a great job of getting us in when we arrived late the first night. The house was a bit musty, and the bottom floor sleeper sofa was unusable. Needs to be replaced. There was a moldy coffee filter in the coffee pot, and things were sticky. No shower in the master bedroom. only a tub with a shower hose. Only one set of keys provided for 3 people! No lights outside door."

"Hervorzuheben ist hier insbesondere der schöne Ausblick von der Veranda des Hauses, nach Westen auf die Brenta-Dolomiten und nach Norden weit in das Nonstal. In der Beschreibung des Hauses sollte aber vielleicht noch erwähnt werden, dass die Zimmer keine Decken haben und es also praktisch keinerlei Geräuschisolierung zwischen den Räumen gibt."

"Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral. Innerhalb von 5-10 min ist man in der Altstadt und am Wasser. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Parken kann man kostenlos auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz, welcher sich sehr nah am Apartment befindet. Wir haben mit kurzen Warten jedesmal einen freien Parkplatz bekommen. Der Vermieter ist super nett. Wir haben etwas vergessen und er schickt uns es nach. Daumen hoch!"
