Beachfront Villa Sandcastle is located on the sandy shores of the #1 beach in the world, Grace Bay Beach! This section of Grace Bay Beach features the best snorkeling in the country – Smiths Reef! Common sightings include eagle rays, sea turtles, lobster, and an endless color pallet of tropical fish in your front yard. Just walk from your living room into the calm, clear waters, and within 30-45 seconds, you will be a part of this magical underwater wonderland.

This exquisitely decorated villa will genuinely exceed your expectations. The oversized private swimming pool lets you enjoy the water while soaking up the sun. At night, transform the pool into an illuminated show of lights with the touch of a button. Inside you will find a comfortable beachfront living room with a high-end smart TV (which appears like magic from the floor), a large modern kitchen, and two spacious beachfront master suites upstairs. And did you notice the beautiful en-suite baths overlooking the sea? Enjoy King size beds and fine linens as you drift asleep to the sound of ocean waves. Sandcastle is our newest 2-bedroom cottage, just completed in late February 2018!

Sandcastle is also within walking distance to several exceptional restaurants (5 and counting), the island’s main marina, where you’ll find a full-service dive outfit, bike rental, car rental, fishing excursions, other water adventures, and more. This is the place to be!


**Payment Terms:

At the time of booking, Vrbo collects only its service fee, which is separate from the rental payment.

After booking, we will contact you directly with payment instructions to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if within 90 days).

Please note: We do not accept credit cards for the full rental amount.



**Notes:

• One additional guest, including babies/infants, may be permissible with a supplemental fee.

• Sandcastle is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, Smith’s Reef is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water partly because of this reef. Once you step over the rock, it mostly disappears to reveal a soft sandy bottom with excellent snorkeling just ahead.

•The air conditioning is metered to discourage use with open doors and windows. There is a separate, easy-to-read digital AC meter where you can monitor AC usage. Guests are given an AC allotment of $200 per week, and most do not exceed this amount. If you do, you are charged back at cost for any overage.
