"The house itself was more than adequate for our purposes. The location was awesome. There was one big surprise. That was the attached back apartment. The three small children were precious and the mom was very nice. It’s just that this was not mentioned. We will certainly consider staying there again."

Communication with hosts was timely and they even checked in on us via text to ask if we needed anything. Very clean. Everything was perfect!"

"Not very large on the outside, this place is all you could want in a vacation home for two, plus fur babies. The outside space is narrow, but well appointed and private. No vistas to admire, but we were there for the April 2024 eclipse, so we saw all we wanted! Inside is comfy and attractive, with lots of considerate touches. A real kitchen. It's worth it!"

"The Hummingbird was perfect!! We loved the house, all its amenities, and the property around it. We enjoyed making s’mores in our yard and saying hi to the cows. So much better than a hotel! We will definitely stay there again!! "

"There was no soap or shampoo in the shower to use. There was no hand soap at the bathroom sink or anywhere in the house. Was a beautiful place and would come back but i would bring my own shampoo and hand soap."

"From The moment we got there the Experience was everything. We received clear instructions on arrival. Communication was excellent. Both apartments were clean and inviting. I didn’t hear any noise being it was very quiet. The apartment is true to description. The apartment is fully furnished on down to trash bags and dish soap and many more amenities. I hope to come back soon. I really felt at home away from home. Thanks for a wonderful experience for Mother’s Day"
