Fantastic fully equipped villa for a perfect family stay. A beautiful area with so many wonderful beaches, coves and historic towns. Having a car helped but the well maintained bikes also made it easy to explore. The villa had everything you needed from a banging sound system to a great sauna and a lively clear pool with lots of shady spits around. Kristinā€™s was very welcoming, helpful and always available if needed. Would come again for sure!

Just wow! Amazing villa and stay in Croatia

We loved our stay here! Everything was exactly as described and better - the villa is modern, spacious and very well equipped. We appreciated that there was towels for the pool, the air conditioning and loved all of the indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool is the perfect size and our two teens spent many hours having fun in there. It is peaceful and we loved the hammocks were you can enjoy an afternoon snooze in the shade. The pool table was a huge hit as was the table tennis and the bikes. The villa is also very well placed for visiting close by beaches in Privlaka and we adored Nin which is great for its restaurants and quirky shops. We went out most nights to watch the beautiful sunsets and had a special day out to Krka National Park which has stunning waterfalls and we even got the chance to hold a tortoise! Overall, our holiday in Croatia was wonderful. We would love to return to this villa one day again - thank you for a fantastic stay!

La maison est magnifique, impeccable, parfaitement dĆ©corĆ©e. Tous les Ć©quipements sont conformes Ć  la description et il y a mĆŖme beaucoup plus de choses. Linge de toilette et serviettes de piscine en quantitĆ© supĆ©rieure. Kristina est une hĆ“te gĆ©niale. Elle a Ć©tĆ© extrĆŖmement arrangeante pour le check in. Elle nous a donnĆ© beaucoup de renseignements et a pris des nouvelles dans la semaine pour savoir si tout allait bien. Elle rĆ©pondait de suite Ć  nos demandes. Merci Kristina. Perfect holiday home

Everything was as in the description and on the pictures. The house is very well equiped, with all necessary things you need. The communication worked very well and the owners are very kind. The olive trees outside are vers nice so you can lay in the shadow if you want to. Very nice extras are the table tennis table, billard table, the sauna and the bikes. The only thing which was not absolutely perfect was the fact that there are only 7 bikes (we were 8) and two of them were not in a good condition, but accept from that everything was marvelous. We would diffently recommend this holiday home!

Two Weeks of Pure Relaxation by the Pool

We had a fantastic two-week vacation in this house, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was not only comfortable but also beautifully furnished and well-maintained. The highlight, of course, was the private pool, which provided us with hours of relaxation and fun. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore the Croatian coastline and nearby towns easily. Moreover, the property owners were incredibly hospitable and attentive to our needs, making us feel right at home. They were always available to assist us. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in this beautiful country

Ɯberragende Villa mit allem, was man fĆ¼r einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.

Wir (6 Freunde, 2 Paare, 2 Singles) waren 8 NƤchte in dieser toll gestalteten Villa mit sauberem Pool. Es gibt sogar eine Tischtennisplatte, einen Billardtisch, FahrrƤder um die Gegend zu erkunden oder in ein nahegelegenes Restaurant zu fahren - und eine Waschmaschine. Die Kommunikation lief hervorragend und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir kƶnnen diese Villa absolut empfehlen.

Super Villa, tolle Gastgeber ! Von der Anreise bis hin zur Abreise alles super, FahrrƤder wurden repariert und der Pool gereinigt. Unser Wohlbefinden stand an erster Stelle. KĆ¼che ist super ausgestattet, der Grill ist groƟartig und mit den FahrrƤdern ist man schnell am Strand oder beim Supermarkt. Die Musikboxen drauƟen sind klasse! Wir haben uns in Kristinas schƶnem Haus sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Kristina war eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin. Auch ihr Schwager war jederzeit zur Stelle, um zu helfen. So hat er z.B. mehrmals die WasserqualitƤt des Pools Ć¼berprĆ¼ft oder einen zusƤtzlichen Sonnenschirm fĆ¼r den Garten besorgt. Der Service war Ć¼berdurchschnitt-lich gut! VoilĆ  une belle semaine passĆ©e dans cette magnifique et agrĆ©able maison . Sur place, c'est simple il ne ne manque rien. Elle est parfaitement Ć©quipĆ©e, tout est parfait et on se sent comme Ć  la maison. Les propriĆ©taires sont joignables, accessibles et de bon conseil. Ils sont trĆØs accueillants et bienveillants. A peu de kilomĆØtres nous avons pu visiter une bonne partie de la cĆ“te croate ( Split,Trogir, Kkra, les lacs de Plitvice, Vir, Nin ,Pag, Zadar...) Cette maison est idĆ©alement situĆ©e . C'est un sans faute, je recommande fortement cette location qui sera vous faire passer des excellentes vacances.

Schƶnster Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschƶnen Urlaub mit Freunden. Das Haus is wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bilder, ein Traum. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man benƶtigt lediglich 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad zum Strand. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wir wĆ¼rden jederzeit wieder in die Unterkunft gehen.

Lovely property - clean and new

Kristina was very friendly and polite and the villa was spotless. You have everything you need in the villa with a nice bonus welcome package too. Pool and outside area was perfect. Great for wildlife with what would be rare birds in the UK all in the garden .. Turtle Dove, Bee-eater, Hoopoe, Golden Oriole and Woodchat Shrike! Plus added bonus of butterflies on the lavender and tortoise in the fields. We had a great relaxing week which our girls loved relaxing in and out of the pool. Kristina was happy to help with advice and suggestions for restaurants and trips. We would recommend a v early start if you go to Plitvice lakes as its much less crowded. Nin is good for restaurants and only 7 mins away whilst Lake Vrana is a good day out for birdlife. Much recommended and thanks to Kristina for a great stay.

Unsere Erwartungen vom Haus wurden Ć¼bertroffen. Absolut sauber und top ausgestattet. Vom Billardtisch Ć¼ber Sauna bis hin zu FahrrƤdern alles vorhanden was man fĆ¼r einen entspannten Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus braucht. Die KĆ¼che ist optimal ausgestattet. Haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt und wĆ¼rden wieder kommen!

WohlfĆ¼hlen pur

In diesem Haus hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Ich hatte einige Dinge dabei, die ich sonst bei Ferienwohnungen/HƤuser vermisst habe - hier war aber alles vorhanden und das meiste blieb dadurch unausgepackt im Koffer. Bei Nachfragen hat die Vermieterin sofort geantwortet und hƤtte bei Bedarf auch gleich ausgeholfen. Wir zwei Familien (mit 4 Kindern zwischen 17 und 12) haben das Haus, den Billiardtisch und den schƶnen Garten mit den OlivenbƤumen und dem tollem Pool in vollen ZĆ¼gen genossen. Die KĆ¼che war auch bestens ausgestattet, so dass wir verschiedene Gerichte gleichzeitig ohne Probleme kochen konnten. Da es keine unmittelbare Nachbarn gibt, konnte man auch die im AuƟenbereich installierten Boxen der Musikanlage genieƟen. Das gab ein sehr schƶnes Ambiente zum Pool. Nur ein Tipp, ein paar Tischkerzen mitnehmen, da es am Tisch in der Nacht doch etwas dunkel war. Kristina hƤtte uns aber bestimmt gleich besorgt, wenn wir welche gebraucht hƤtten.

For once, the pictures did full justice to this lovely holiday villa, which was light and spacious and had an excellent swimming pool. Everything that was promised in the listing was delivered - spotless cleanliness, wonderfully effective air conditioning and fully functioning WiFi. Kristina was the perfect host - always available when we had a problem (brief power cut), full of helpful advice and generous with the welcome gift and local produce. We only had two weeks, but we would loved to have stayed in this idyllic haven for longer

Family Holiday

We simply loved our stay here! The house and grounds were spotlessly clean, communication throughout was fabulous - always there to answer any questions we had. We loved having the pool table with our older kids (14 and 18) and the swimming pool just outside was very clean. We especially liked having no immediate neighbors and being able to explore the area. The welcome gifts were a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. Possible suggestions going forward would be to maybe have a little book with recommended restaurants, recommended things to do but we were also able to message and ask and received some lovely suggestions so it wasnā€™t a problem not having it. We would 100% come back and stay again and have already recommended this property to several of our friends who are looking at booking an upcoming stay. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Perfekter Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung

Kristina ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Bei der SchlĆ¼sselĆ¼bergabe hat sie uns herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Sehr groƟzĆ¼gig, tolle Aufteilung und sehr ruhig gelegen. Ob Sauberkeit oder auch die Ausstattung waren auf exzellentem Niveau. Wir waren 5 Personen und haben den Urlaub vƶllig genossen. Vielen Dank an Kristina fĆ¼r den sehr gelungenen Urlaub!
