"Accurate description of studio apartment. Pool on site and fun. Everything was working. Kept it clean without bugs. Kitchen stocked just enough to handle meals for 4. They had detergent , oil, and salt and pepper there for use. It was a king sized bed, couch, and they had a blow up mattress for use. On first search, I couldn't find bedding other than a thick comforter for the blow up bed, and I also couldn't find how to blow it up, so we just slept on the big bed and the couch. "Very nice place, and Princeville is lovely! When planning for meals note that while there is technically everything you need to cook, it is not a full kitchen with an oven or stove. The host was great, quick to respond, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"great location, clean, check-in was very involved, overly so, unit is verrrry warm with only a portable AC in the bedroom. Conveniently located steps from a large pool, but hours of 9 to 9 seem overly restrictive"

"This is a terrific ground level studio unit next to the parking. It is well maintained. The host was very responsive when we had a small issue with the shower head and he replaced it with an amazing unit you will enjoy. Hanalei Bay Resort (HBR) has been a special vacation place for us for nearly 40 years. While the Bali Hai restaurant is not up and running again, they do serve pizza which was pretty good. For some reason the jets in the HBR hot tub were not operating."

"Fantastic location, comfortable unit, and great support from the host. Relaxing balcony with beautiful views. The kitchenette is useful for breakfast and snacks, but if you want to cook full meals with a range or oven you'll need a different spot. But again, kitchenette is great if you plan to eat out mostly and just do light meal prep now and then."
