"We stayed here for just one night, during the train stopover. This hotel is very well decorated and the rooms are comfortable. The staff is very good, and you have the chance to enjoy breakfast before heading to the station, once it opens at 5 am and it is included in the fare, which is a very nice touch! :) There are some restaurants, drugstores and a supermarket in a walking range (5 -10 minutes), so the location helps a lot when you don't have a car. I would definetely stay here...

"We were stayed overnight on our way from Haida Gwaii back to Port Hardy by ferry. The hotel staff were very welcoming - we even received a room upgrade when we mentioned it was our 30th wedding anniversary! They provided a brown-bag breakfast service for those, like us, who are making an early start to catch the 7.30am ferry, which was very much appreciated. Our harbour-view room was very comfortable with a large shower, plenty of seating and an extremely comfortable king bed"
